These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Disclosure Navigator (the "Service"), operated by Disclosure Navigator LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Disclosure Navigator is a research platform that provides access to a curated library of declassified government documents, congressional testimony, research interviews, and AI-assisted analysis related to unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and government disclosure. The Service is intended for research, educational, and informational purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@disclosurenavigator.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all paid features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account automatically transitions to the free plan unless you purchase a subscription. The free plan provides access to the Document Sources browser and Media library only.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, as selected at checkout. Prices are as listed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All sales are final except as required by law or as described in Section 5.
AI-powered features consume tokens, billed on a cost-plus basis. Token bundles may be purchased separately and are available to users on any paid plan. Tokens do not expire. Token bundles are non-refundable once purchased.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge if you are not satisfied, provided you have not made excessive use of paid features (as determined by us in good faith). Lifetime purchases are refundable within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact hello@disclosurenavigator.com.
